In the Hanafi school, sperm is najis. If a skincare product contains collagen extracted from salmon sperm DNA, is it still considered impure?

It would be permissible to use the product in question containing collagen extracted from salmon sperm because salmon is halal, and the collagen undergoes a complete chemical transformation during its process (Istihala).
Istihala, or chemical transformation, occurs when a substance’s core qualities change from one state to another. This process can be observed in the transformation of alcohol, which is impure, into vinegar, which is pure. [Ibn ’Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar]
